- All combo packages include buns, sauces and serving utensils.

- Service is buffet style only at this time. Everything will be delivered to event location and set up prior to event at agreed upon time. Table set up and serving is the responsibility of the event host.

*****Full service available for weddings only at additional cost. Full service recommended for weddings for the purpose of serving portion control to ensure multiple servings aren't consumed by guests before everyone has the opportunity to eat*****

- Pricing and portions figured at 4oz serving size per person – If two meats selected, we plan 50% meat 1 and 50% meat 2 – not both meats for each person. If you have heavy eaters or would like each person to have both meats we need to know BEFORE to quote and plan accordingly

​

- We do not provide plates, eating utensils or napkins for any order unless those are ordered specifically as an add on item. It is cheaper to provide these items yourself typically.

​

- We do not remain on site to serve unless agreed upon beforehand and billed accordingly.

​

- We are not responsible for event clean up or disposal or trash unless discussed at time of booking.

​

- 3% processing fee will be added to any deposits/balances paid via credit card. If paying a deposit or balance with card, please inform us ahead of time.

​

- Gratuity is optional and not added, but greatly appreciated.

 

- 50% deposit with cash or card is required to secure event date at time of quote acceptance

​

- All menu options and final numbers must be confirmed with Red Beard Seasonings no later than 14 days before the event date and time in order to guarantee the appropriate amount of food is prepared.

​

- Cancellation Policy: If an event is cancelled within more than 30 days of the event date and time a 20% non-refundable fee will be charged. If cancelled less than 30 days of the event date and location, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
